Montana Timber Holdings Pty Ltd is a family owned Australian business which has been a wholesale supplier of quality sawn and kiln dried timber products for over 40 years.

We have access to excellent supplies of Alpine Ash, Mountain Ash, Red Ironbark, Grey Ironbark, Spotted Gum, Blackbutt, Grey Gum, Messmate, Yellow Stringy, White Stringy, Southern Mahogany and Turpentine.

We can also assist with sourcing and provision of other specialist timbers upon request.

As an up to date business we want to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with our company and our products.

We source our timber from sustainable independently audited  approved forest areas in association with Vicforest and the Victorian Government and currently hold a Chain of Custody / Forest Stewardship Council certificate.

We have 2 operating saw mills.

In the Melbourne metro area we have one in Canterbury Road Montrose.   

And in East Gippsland a larger mill at NowaNowa.

In conjunction with our sister company, Ironwood Bridge & Wharf Components Pty Ltd we have supplied bridge and wharf timber for projects such as Wuk Wuk bridge, Seymour Heritage Railway, the Sale Causeway, Cunninghame Quay in Lakes Entrance, Warrnambool wharf  and Vicrail.
